<p>Weekend recap for me:</p>

<p>Saturday: 45 minutes spinning on the bike and then 50 minutes on the elliptical. Got to watch the rest of my burn notice season 2 DVD so I can cue up for the next if I decide to get back on the bike after Sunday.

<p>Sunday: Rest day!! Love those. </p>

<p>Today:</p>
<p>30 minute 3 mile run with the hubster in the a.m. We have not been running together much this season and it was nice to be able to do so this morning. Negative split each mile which left me feeling really good about this taper. (10:30; 10; 9:30)</p>
