Good morning, er, afternoon all,

Like RA I have a SRD on tap, yet I robotically packed a bag before heading into work today...perhaps that just puts me ahead of schedule for tomorrow's run? Oh well, we'll see what the day has in store today. If nothing else, I may just do some elliptical tonight, just to work out some lactic acid from yesterday.

Only a four day work week lies ahead, then a bus ride up to the Big Apple on Friday. We're taking the MegaBus from downtown DC up to midtown Manhattan, staying at the Manhattan Centre Hotel. Hoping to hit the expo Friday afternoon after I get up there. Light run that evening, resting Saturday.

Dan - enjoy the rest day, nice going on getting back in the swing

loopy - sorry we never met up in DC, hope you had fun, sounds like you did for at least the run, maybe not so much with all the traveling. After NYC my next "race" will probably be a 5k turkey trot with DW, where my job will be similar to yours yesterday.

BBS - enjoy the 5

kevin - well done on the 5

zrun - I find working out is often what keeps me sane on business travel. Otherwise it sucks (business travel I mean)

4bm - 6 isn't so bad for being all tired

RA - better hydrate today. Re: age grading, I must be getting better with age. A few years ago after my first half marathon I graded out at 65%.
