Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Please, please, please send loving thoughts and prayers to Bonnie in her time of need. Let's do our part in her support system by lifting her up so that we can carry her through this difficult time. Bonnie, you are family. We love you. Please be strong and lean on us. You have seen far more hardship than most. Perhaps that is why you are such a strong person quick to smile.

3.5 mile run early this morning recalling stories Bonnie shared with myself and the Ironmate last year when we connected up in Montreal.

Dance tonight, looking forward to releasing some tension. Had a great time being at home this weekend and am having a rough time getting back into my work routine. So it goes.

Bonnie - I hope you take a moment to feel the love and support of all of us here at Kick. Thinking of you.

rode my bike on the trainer last night for 10 whole minutes. so far my hip seems to be ok - it's not 100%, but it's not quite hurting. it's hard to explain.

tonight, I'm either going to run, or buy a new car. it's up in the air at this point.

5 mile run. First in about 3 weeks. 8:20+ pace (progressively slower).

Back from a week of vacation. Did actually manage to maintain weight (such as it was), thanks to much walking and skipping of lunch.

Today is my last day of rest, tomorrow I hit the gym at 5:00AM for maybe a brief swim and then maybe some weights. I am in such good shape from my Ironman that I don't want to lose it.

Have a great day everyone!

Bonnie - I wish there were something we could do ease your pain... You and your family are in my thoughts.

45min riding the MTB on trail then asphalt in the state park. The trail was very soft and lots of paddles so I got off as soon as I could, to minimize the damage to the trail. I managed to slip, fall, and had some blood on my leg before though. Very sore. And feeling blue.

Not sure what is in store for me today. My efforts to chase down clients were stepped up after my former employer sent out a blanket mailing that implied Garth and I were responsible for killing the employee buy-in plan and causing the big split. Nice. That's business for you, I guess.

28min suck-ta-fest run. basically 4x6-7min intervals where I was messing with orthotic combinations. Gave up and decided i needed a massage to eliminate that body as the problem, not the shoes.

90min insanely painful massage

yeah I was gonna finish that run, screw that, I'm done for today.

You guys are the best! Thank you for all your kind thoughts. I should be taking time to send out funeral invitations but I needed a break. My son and I are still not able to sleep but we are so tired ...
