Just in case anyone has some to spare, I am hereby accepting all positive and healthy vibes.

Two weeks ago I had a routine mammogram. After a few days, the radiology place called me and said the doctor had seen something on my left breast on the scan and wanted me to come back in. Last Wednesday was my follow-up appointment, at which they took four more scans and two ultrasounds. After all that (2.5 hours), the radiologist suggested that I see a surgeon about getting a biopsy done.

Long story short, my consultation w/ the surgeon was this morning. He said the lump is solid and that he agrees that a biopsy is the next step so we can see what exactly is in there. The biopsy is scheduled for two weeks from today on March 10.

I keep telling myself it's probably nothing. Lots of women go through this every year. Worrying about it won't change any outcomes.

But it's still scary. Really scary.

So if you have any healthy vibes you can spare, I'd love to be on the receiving end of them.

Thanks.
