The time change continues to plague me. Although I am happy to have the sky lighten not long after I get up it gets dark too early and my internal clock gets confused or maybe it that I have the lights on for too many hours, in any case i always find it hard to go to bed on time after the time change.

In addition the winds started howling last night and we've had snow/blowing snow/wet snow/sleet/more blowing.. all day!
I worked though my strength workout and that's all that's on the "menu" today. I try to keep Mondays' lighter.
At one point the road closed due to blowing snow, I'm hoping for better tomorrow, despite the forecast as I planned to vote in person and its a 70mi rt so I need the road open, please! It seems that everyone around has a bad cold, the flu or COVID so perhaps I shoudl ahve mailed in my vote :(

SB - keeping fingers crossed for a better weather day and clear roads tomorrow! Drive safe!

yeah time change is hard ti adjust…
I am getting up too early these days… this time change of course made it worse (or better depending upon a perspective). Was able to get in 2-mile walk with DH before work.
Another 2-mile lunch walk. Then 5.5miles after work. Head lamp was needed :(. Not sure what happened to me but all of sudden head/breathing is much better. Now this is 3rd run that I felt very good. 9:40 pace :).
