<p>My lower back was sore last night and even more sore this morning, so I bagged my scheduled run and instead did lots of stretching, some vitamin i, and an ice pack. Feeling a bit better now. I guess my body was telling me to be smart instead of my usual stupid (pushing through pain).</p>
