Another long run in the dark, getting done at about midnight. I had planned to do a 20 mile race Saturday morning, but some broad totaled my truck while it was parked on the street and the insurance hasn't paid off yet, so no race for me. Glad I didn't preregister. Changed the time of the run to Sunday night.

20 miles in just under 2:54 in what must be a new pr. Start at 62 degrees, end at 57 degrees. A little bit of wind. Perfect conditions.

That gives me 46.6 miles for the week including dropping my season 5k pr down to 21:54. So a real good end to a real good week.

One more heavy week with a hilly marathon this coming saturday then taper to my target marathon.

Good luck everybody.
