Hi gang!
today (weatherwise) started out pretty nice, but changed to smutzy rainy out around midday. blah.

PT class and 1 hour on the trainer. Right knee is slowly feeling better, but need to keep riding below threshold for the rest of the week...then I'll check back in with my coach/PT and see if I can add bits back in.

SB - awesome!

2 mile walk during lunch and 5 mile run after work. My right hamstring has stated bothering me after doing so well for a while. 8mile on Friday including some fast stuff and 11mile hilly hike probably contributed to it. Ugh.
