9 miles with 20 minutes at LAT or T-Pace - I think either I didn't have it today or I am fooling myslef on my current T-Pace as it was harder than it should have been.<br><br>

3 easy miles, recovery run. My right knee/ITB were being cranky, rolled it out a little, will give myself a treatment later and roll some more <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

We had a big storm roll through yesterday evening and it made for really nice conditions for this morning's run (64°F). I ran 10 miles around the nearby park. My watch went dead three miles into the run for some unknown reason. It felt weird "running blind".<br><br>

5 easy @ lunch. No watch but checking the clock on the wall, call it an 8:20-8:25 pace.<br><br>
Legs feeling no ill affects from yesterday thrashing except that the quads just let me know they were around on the small downs on todays route. Feeling good!!!<br><br>
Sunny and 65. Doesn't get much better.<br><br>

A crappy day all around. My cat is very ill, so I've been pretty upset all day. I tried to run outside today for the first time in quite awhile. It was a little too hot, I was a little too distracted, and I started too fast. End up walking most of it. Thirty minutes. I think I'll skip the pilates today and just try to start over tomorrow.

We could have been running together. 6 easy miles at lunch - beautiful out - sunny - high 60s and 10-15mbp wind..... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

4.5 on the treadmill today -- 1.5 miles gradual warm up and the rest close to MP. MP is kicking my behind right now. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
Tomorrow I start teaching pilates (taking over a class for an uber-mega-rock star instructor that everyone loves) at the Y each week, so I practiced my planned class tonight for almost an hour. Those are some big shoes to fill.
