<p>Recovery run. Decided to try barefoot on the track. Felt really good. On lap 5 I felt like I was starting to get a blister on the bottom of my third toe. I stopped after lap 6 to put shoes on. That's when I discovered I had a bleeding cut/ripped open blister. Huh... imagine that. Barefoot laps were 2:18, shoes 2:10. Not sure what to make of that. 3m total. Now off to tackle the jungle (back garden) and hopefully get stuff planted today.</p>
