<p>13 mile commute to work this morning on my hybrid bike and then to the pool for 1200 meter continous swim. It had a great swim. I started out at 55 seconds for the first lap and then tried to maintain it throughout the 1200 meters. I would look at my watch everyone 100 meters to ensure I was still on pace. I stayed pretty steady and ended up finishing in 21:53 which averaged out to 54.7 seconds per lap. </p>

<p>Afternoon, gang, quick one here. I got in 5.5 on the treadmill this morning, shifting into tapering mode. Nice job on the workouts and enjoy the day!</p>
