<p>Good morning kicksters!</p>

<p>13 mile commute to work this morning on my hybrid bike and then to the pool for 1200 meter continous swim.  It had a great swim.  I started out at 55 seconds for the first lap and then tried to maintain it throughout the 1200 meters.  I would look at my watch everyone 100 meters to ensure I was still on pace.  I stayed pretty steady and ended up finishing in 21:53 which averaged out to 54.7 seconds per lap. </p>

<p>Resting today. Probably get back at it with some easy running tomorrow or Wednesday.  I completely trashed the little toe on my right foot. Other than that and a bit or soreness in my hips, I feel pretty good.  DW is having "fun" walking up and down stairs :)</p>

<p><strong>kfuller</strong> - nice job on the 4 and a bit. I too have a nasty cold. I was fine during the marathon but by the end of the day my nose and throat was ready to explode.</p>
