Hey gang! Hoping to get in the pool today - first time since last june I think???

Spent the weekend in NH skiing. Two days at Wildcat in some shin deep new snow! They got ~16-in of fresh snow from the Fri-night/sat storm. took a run or two to get dialed in, but it was so good to just ski and not worry about ice! lol

Zoj I'm glad you got some fresh snow. I just stopped in looking for motivation! My neighbor wanted to drive to the ski track @ 45 minutes away and I wanted to go but got caught up in some accounting for my day job...Its snowing out again. I'm sure the track is nice but it will have to wait. I'll get in a 1 hr strength training and maybe swim in the EP?

Hi SB! Sounds like fun time “snowshoeing” in your skii!

Glad you had a good skiing Zoj! Yep I’m jealous!

We are thinking to xc skii, 2.5hrs north this Sat as we haven’t had enough snow to ski down here :(.

rain/snow mix on and off all day…. Trainer ride and some strength exercises total 1hr. Session #5 PT is done. And ugh not while a lot of improvements yet. My PT now has me start strengthening excuses (so far more mobility stuff)….. it turned out that each session out of my pocket is $160ish. Ouch. But I got to get this shoulder fixed!!!

DD on another trip, this time to Japan on the Japanese government’s dime :). She is in a young adult group bridging the two countries, hosted by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Japan) and State Dept. Love watching her being involved all kinds of stuff. (Though she is agreed out about a lack of employment…).

Started looking the next National Park adventure .. US virgin island. Prob Feb in 2024. Anybody has been? Meanwhile my German language online course is going ok albeit slow. :).
