Roughly 10k at lunch time today. I'm feeling and running quite well right now, probably in July shape running-wise. It probably says something that I was able to do that run (maybe 7:5x pace), skip lunch and not feel bad or lacking in energy 3 hours later.<br><br>
Maybe me body is actually starting to learn how to metabolize some fat. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
