after not being able to access the site all day, I thought I'd give it a try this evening and lo and behold - I'm here talking to myself!

I just got back from my run at the gym and stopped by my office for a minute before heading home. My planned 5 miles ended up only being 3 due to some tummy issues . hardly even seemed worth the trip to the gym for a pesky 3 miles, but I guess I burned a few cals so all is not totally lost.

Hopefully tomorrow will be smooth sailing at KR!

Hiya, Tammy! Don't feel bad about 3 milers...it all adds up. (BTW, I took a quick glance at your RR over on CR. Very nice running this weekend! Congratulations).

I've not run today, as I'm still on an every-other-day schedule. But I did a complete set of my of 20 reps of my PT exercises this morning.

Right now I'm preoccupied with work. It seems that my boss is probably going to be buying a building that is "way out" in the suburbs. If I continue working for him, I'll have a 1/2 hour commute each way. (I only work part time, during school hours, anyway). I know this might not seem like much to many people, but it's a big deal to me. Driving that far is totally opposed to my values - not to mention that it's an hour spent each day doing something I hate to do. I'd rather be running. Not sure what I'm going to do...

I'm also hoping for smooth sailing here at KR tomorrow. Thanks, Rich, for getting things fixed up. I'm sorry you've been the victim of this malicious hacking.
