<p>I got in 4.25 miles yesterday on my bike. Not much, I know, but I can see improvement.</p>

<p>Gonna go for 4-5 easy miles this morning. Got to go in early to work tonight, but its my last day till next Tuesday night. I've been planning some group runs since I'll actually have a social life (for a week that is).</p>
