<p>237lbs. ugh.</p>
<p>Very little running for 2 weeks.</p>
<p>Left foot is feeling much better.</p>
<p>Have done a few slow laps at the track.</p>
<p>There is still some arch/interior pain.</p>
<p>I'm thinking/hoping plantar and not stress fracture.</p>
<p>Will start trying to do more than 2 or 3 laps.</p>
<p>Injury sucks.</p>
