7 miles 60 mins this morning. Not too bad considering today is supposed to be a rest day but my schedule is all messed up the next couple of weeks so everything is going to get shifted.
WTPJ-I'm so jealous of all the things you get to find on your property! I don't even think we have "black cap" raspberries here in the NE. Black raspberry picking starts July 4 so that will be our next adventure followed by my favorite-peach picking Have to clean out the freezer to make room for everything!

We got shut out with the morels this spring, but it looks like the raspberry and blackberry crops will be STELLAR this summer. *WHEEE*

6.4 very gentle miles this morning in just over an hour. I stopped in the graveyard at the half way point to say hi to my FIL and to a couple of close friends who are buried there. By coincidence I learned this morning that another good friend passed away Saturday from cancer. The funeral will be tomorrow, so it is very timely. John always went out of his way to help other people, so it is not a surprise that he waited until I returned home before passing away.

8.2 miles, with 10x100m strides, in 1:09:22. It was a warm, humid morning - 72 degrees at 5am. Ugh. I felt slow, but my time is right where is normally is. Not a bad workout overall.

I did the same thing and the exact same mileage but it was only about 63 here and I ran it in a different time.

There are black caps here in VT, so I suspect you have them where you are. Used to have them in the Poughkeepsie area when I was a youngster, too.

Mmmmm, peaches!

Should run this afternoon, but I don't know when or how far yet.

6.13 hot muggy miles at lunch today in 56:03. I had a hot breeze on the way out on the course and on the way back I couldn't feel any kind of breeze. I really hate running in the summer.

Do we have a sweating smilie here somewhere?

Love the rubberized track. It's so comfy

Ran 3 miles in 30:52 but it was much warmer than it has been for most of my running. I actually walked for 40 seconds during the 3rd mile Tuesday is going to be hotter with a predicted high of 94. I might skip the run, even though I'm not supposed to run until 5:30. I don't think it will have cooled off much by then.

Biked loops around our neighborhood for 3.8 miles last night with DS, then went in on the trainer for another 30 minutes. Guessing a total of about 11-12 miles biking total, then 150 situps.
