<p>Another big week (for me) last week:  100 miles.  Slept above 10,000' for 4 nights to acclimate.  Two of them at 12,000'.  This week I head to northern Wyoming to pace a friend for 52 miles of the Bighorn 100.  The snow levels are currently 900% of normal(!!!!!) so we're either going to need snowshoes or they are going to have to reroute the course.  Either way, it should be interesting and fun.</p>

<p>I took several days off to let the left foot heal up. 3 runs of less than a mile during the week, and a 3 mile easy jog sunday night. The left foot felt real good before the run. Ached a little during the run. And hurts like alway the next day, and the right hip had a slight ache. 3 miles was too far.</p>

<p>I'm thinking stress fracture. So no running this coming week. I might start doing sit-ups and push-ups for exercise.</p>
