It was a cross-training day: 45 minutes out on the bike. Forgot to reset my computer, but I'm guessing my avg. was about 16mph. Hit 28mph at one point, which was a ton of fun considering the speed limit was 30. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
