Morning everyone.

I brought some running clothes w/ me to work last night, so I ran before I got home this morning. It was already 82* at 7:50, but it still felt like morning, rather than mid afternoon. Funny what a difference an hour can make. 5 Miles in 42:09. Sposed to get up to 100 for the next few days. Oh yea, how bout them US women???!!!

I had a nice 6 mile run at a 8:21 pace. Got up early and headed to get my drivers liscense renewed. It is also my wife's Birthday. I already bought her something a month ago but the kids need to get her something. So planning a birthday party is on tap for the rest of the day.

Good afternoon all,

Busy day at work, just getting to post now. Meanwhile, I'm still just walking for now...glad I can at least do that and keep the legs moving. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday I might be able to mix a little light running in. Definitely getting closer but not there yet.

Drive by posting...

Scheduled rest day - cold in full effect so I feel like crap. A double commute did not help - I waited until the worst of the storm had passed to take DD to daycare - get to work (daycare on site) and find the power is out. Drove home. Great first day back! On the positive side, our held mail came and I had 3 copies (June, July & August) of Runners World... I renewed my CARA membership, which includes RW subscription. Too bad it's not Running Times.
