<p>Got past the new year without too much more damage. Hopefully some of that is water weight.</p>

<p>Put in 7 miles last night, about 1 degree, not too bad but felt a little sore in the morning. Hopefully I can get back to mid 30 mpw with a double digit long run. There is a half marathon at the end of January and another in february. Thinking about them as a short term goal to get motivated.</p>
