No running for me this morning, I mean, it IS Monday afterall. However, I did run 10+ yesterday and 5 the day before, plus 5 on Friday. My first 3 day streak since the Nov. marathon. I'm ready to get back in the game!

Nice run z-run. How late yesterday? Considering that a double then?

I got out for 5 miles this morning at 9:18 pace. It was colder than I thought. When I was done my head felt frozen. Not so much fun there. Considering it was 3rd run in the last 2 1/2 weeks it went well. My quads are sore, but I will get over that. Have a great morning everyone.

Nice easy 6 miles on the mill for me. I've started a January-March mileage competition with my family, and I'm up 11-17 so far depending on what my brother does today.

DOR for me. I think my workouts and my long work schedule has finally caught up with me. I ended up sleeping 10 hours last night. Very unusual for me to sleep that long. I will hit the weights later today.

Happy training everyone.

Late day flyby. Saw no reason to get up stupid early to get a run in when it was going to be so nice this afternoon. Beautiful sunny afternoon. But please explain to me how if I'm running south into a 10mph wind, when i turn east I'm still running into the wind. Exact same thing inbound. How can the wind come out of the N/S/E and W?! 5.6m @8:40

Nice workouts all. Last day off before returning to work. However; I may call in sick as I feel like ass. Still, I decided to get out and do something as I haven't run since New Year's Eve. So, did my default 6.2 mile out and back route. Averaged 8:30mpm and felt totally out of shape. Feels like I'm getting a touch of PF in my right foot so need to stretch and roll that out. There's always something...

HI everyone. Nice work out there. I haven't run yet, but did 90 minutes of p90x yoga this morning. I have to take DD to kung fu this afternoon, so I may have Mr jebba meet me there so I can get a short run in before dinner.

64mins on Front Beach Rd in Panama City Beach...almost 60* out, shirtless and short-shorts, the way running is meant to be. Got a few comments from locals how it's not that warm out....being from WI, I disagreed. Lots of bowel issues, but not a lot of places to solves problems on a super built-up beach front. Now feeling all better and most likely heading out for a shakeout run tonight along the Gulf, and hanging out with my family in our awesome time-share unit.

Alex--uh... TMI... I hear ya on the shorts thing. In November I went to AZ to do the Koman 3-Day for the Cure. Yah, it was a bit chilly in the morning, in the 50's. But it quickly warmed to the 70's. Coming frm OH that was a heatwave so I was quite comfortable in shorts and short sleeves. Locals, bundled in multiple layers, looked at me and commented "you aren't from around here, are you?"
