<p>Hi all - my home computer is currently on the fritz, so reporting will probably take place in bunches for the foreseeable future</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Fri: 5.75 mi total run/walk + 50 min of yoga = 33 pt</p>
<p>Sat: 6.5 mi run + 10 min of core/stretch = 28 pt</p>
<p>Sun: 3.3 mi run + 1 hr of strength training = 25 pt</p>

<p>40 minute weight training - 8 points</p>
