<p>I think I'm gonna head out for an easy 6 on the trails this morning. Seeing all those trail runners yesterday gave me a hankering.  Pretty good time yesterday, got to me some new people. Also got a free race shirt which happened to be a long sleeve brooks tech tee (score)</p>

<p>Last day in Florida for me. I may hit some trails as well. There is a state park in nearby Dania Beach that is said to have some nice ones. </p>

<p>ETA - almost forgot - 8.4 miles alongside the beach for me yesterday.</p>

<p>Me - 6.3 miles through the <a href="http://trirunnerdavid.blogspot.com/2012/01/hilly-run.html" target="_blank">neighborhood today</a>.  Lots of short hills to run this morning.  I decided to pickup the pace up the hills and recover on the downside.  Beautiful sunrise this morning.  I love watching the sun come up with the mix yellow, orange, and red sky.  It makes the runs that much more enjoyable.</p>

<p>Yesterday I did 8 at the greenway, and then a very low impact family zumba class with mr jebba, Sunshine and Easy.  It was fun.</p>

<p>Heading out in about an hour for 10.</p>

<p>5 miles for me today at just under 9 minute pace.  It was snowing while I was running and that was nice.  Nice job on the workouts this morning.  Have a great day everyone.</p>
