Skiing was ok on Saturday, better on Sunday. they are making snow, lost a ton, so conditions were variable and took some work. New boots and relatively new skis made it even more challenging, but finally started to dial in a bit yesterday so felt better.

out for a run today to loosen up the legs - they felt pretty decent, lungs on the other hand not so much lol...still a pretty good clip and about 2.5 miles done.

Geo - bummer about the microwave - any buy/sell groups in your area? Maybe find one for free to hold you over? we did that...

Yo - shoulder not cooperating??? bummer...

Otto movie was good. Very heartwarming story. Easy to figure from the beginning. I thought the lady who moved on across Otto did a great job, I bet she would be nominated for supporting actress.

Geo, sorry about the microwave headache. Sounds like you got a good hang of zwifting..

Zoj - yeah this crazy warm weather isn’t great for skiing or fat biking!

2.5 mile walk during lunch. Barely. I got a booster shot yesterday PM, and as fully expected I was totally dead with fever, muscle ache and fatigue. Stayed on an office ouch half of the day…. No evening workout. This shall pass….

ZOj-hi! On sunday I took out my new boots they are just an alpine 75mm 3 pin to replace the pair I wore out. I didn't want to have to break in a new pair but my feet were getting soaked where the old pair separated from the sole. It turned out not bad. I broke trial for 2 miles up the back slope then we did turns down it.

We are still waiting for SO's results from latest tests

On saturday 1 hr wieght training and a shorter ski..
