Looks like we had two weekend threads going...yikes SB those conditions would have had me staying home in front of the woodstove!

Had to get up early to take DH to the surgical center for his PRP injection...at the place by 6:30 am, and then back on the road again home at 8:00 am. Been a LONG time since I got up to drive anywhere that early in the am! Cold is still kicking my butt, so today is another rest day...though did take the pup for a walk when we go home.

Today would have been my mom's 96th Birthday...she's been gone for almost 12 years...

Came back 5-day vacation from Florida:. Dry Tortugas National Park, my 43rd, DH’s 42nd. Lots of walking but no workouts at all for the last 6 days…. Pictures will be on FB soon..
