Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Dawg: Nicely done in moving on up the fitness chain!

TASM: Nicely done to you too for being and staying so consistent... and now with spinning!

Yoshi: Great job on the 20 miler.

Don: You'll come back around. This "down time" will probably prove good for you, since you've been hitting it hard for a long time now. So you'll probably get the mental break needed before hammering onward!

Weekend Recap...

Saturday: 15 mile run with a large group. Got away with wearing shorts. Loved it. Fun run. Social. Total time including stops for water was 2:01.

Sunday: 7+ mile trail run with three others in my favorite place to run trails. Some good climbs but otherwise conversational pace. At the end I tagged on 8 repeats of a very steep grassy hill that climbed, maybe, 200 or more feet at roughly 20% grade.

Monday: 4 mile tempo run in a slippery snow.

Great day, Friends!

hawk!!!! Great to see you here! Welcome back :) Which May marathon are you considering? DH and I would love to come out to Ohio to do some trail racing this spring/summer.

reg - congrats to your DD! Smoking fast young girl. You might have told this before, but a strong swim blood within in your/DW's family tree?

6 miles on a slippery surface, in the dark too, due to being out of office all day. Legs felt amazingly light on the day after 20miles. Though I might have pulled hamstring a bit. Where is my tennis ball....
