Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Dawg: Nicely done in moving on up the fitness chain!

TASM: Nicely done to you too for being and staying so consistent... and now with spinning!

Yoshi: Great job on the 20 miler.

Don: You'll come back around. This "down time" will probably prove good for you, since you've been hitting it hard for a long time now. So you'll probably get the mental break needed before hammering onward!

Weekend Recap...

Saturday: 15 mile run with a large group. Got away with wearing shorts. Loved it. Fun run. Social. Total time including stops for water was 2:01.

Sunday: 7+ mile trail run with three others in my favorite place to run trails. Some good climbs but otherwise conversational pace. At the end I tagged on 8 repeats of a very steep grassy hill that climbed, maybe, 200 or more feet at roughly 20% grade.

Monday: 4 mile tempo run in a slippery snow.

Great day, Friends!

Dang, of course, on a day I get call-outs, not only do I have a DOR, my combined work/class hours were so long I didn't even get to stop by. That'll teach me! Happily, only two more epic Mondays to go, and I'll be back to no excuses.

Congrats on having such an amazing fish, reg.

Howdy, Hawk!

And Happy Belated Birthday, Muffin Bro!
