<p>Good morning everyone.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Up and at it with another TM run.  Today I ran hills at level 10 @ 7.0 - 7.2 mph and fnised with a 3 min sprint at 9.5 for a total 5.6 miles in 45 minutes.</p>

<p>DOR. BrewDad & I are planning to hit the adidas employee store before lunch and then we'll probably start taping/prepping Little Brewdad's room for painting.</p>

<p>3.2 mile run, FIB 0.5 mile walk for a total of 3.7 miles....all with the pup...who is snoozing at my feet.  <span><img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span></p>

<p>Zojmn - similar weather here.  Beautiful, but... dislike snowy sidewalks.</p>

<p>6 recovery miles.  Boy my legs are sore from I assume combination of barefoot running on TM on Sat. and snowy/rolling hill run of 13miles on Sunday.  Real training for Boston starting.  Haven't decieded how much cross training I am going to commit.</p>

<p>DD12 had good swim meet this weekend (DS14 had not so good meet - has given up on swimming in favor of track, so results were to be expected based on 2 practices attended in about 6 weeks).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Best races were a 27.50 sec 50 Yd Free (1/46 - someone actually beat her, but DQd for false start) and a 32.17 sec 50 back (1/44). Overall she swam 9 events over the three day meet (1/4/4) and had 2 second places (one to a 17yo in an open race; the other loss to a younger teammate) and 7 firsts. Please...please...please keep it up till college... <span style="display:none;"> </span><img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></p>

<p>got in 50minutes of strength and core.  I got a bosu ball for my b-day so I was happy to play around with that.  One legged hops up a 16inch step, that's my bread and butter move hopefully. </p>

<p>Need to go to the dentist later, horrible tooth ache that is effecting my brain.  If I'm ok, I'll hit masters tonight, otherwise swim tomorrow.</p>

<p>Great job DD!!! </p>
<p>You should also be hoping that the school she wants to go to has a swim program.  They seem to be cutting them in both highschool and the universities around here as they don't bring in enough money. </p>
