Oof...a bit tired and sore from all the skiing yesterday...so opted for a snowshoe on the lake with the pup. I posted a couple of pics on FB. Gorgeous day out there to be walking around. about 1.5 miles total. pup was loving it out there in the snow. She is passed out now!

Another successful 3000yd swim! A bit of headache I’m pretty sure from withdrawal of the amtriptylene - the med I was told to take for migraine. As it turned out my issues were related to low red blood/hemoglobins and iron had been effective, I wanted to stop this med. So I did. A headache became noticeable yesterday but I was sure this was due to the withdrawal so I decided to just ride it off.

After work was snowshoes with DH and A&C. Went to a state park a bit a way from us. It was nice, very little sign of traffic. 1:25 as some snow was coming down.
