I weighed in this morning

SW 1/9 = 231

CW 1/22 = 226

LW 1/15 = 223

Gain = 3

We will call that Super Bowl weight - Lots of food and 14 beers last night - I am glad the football season is finally over.

Decent week of training - 125 miles with 2 moderate speed workouts and one fairly easy hill session.

I'm guessing at these acronyms

Current Weight 308

Last Week (Tues) 309

Starting Weight: ~320

Goal Weight 220

Loss - 1

I was as low as 304 this week but bad decisions at a super bowl party sent me spiraling and I was up 3 lbs this morning. Otherwise the week was almost perfect.

30 miles Monday to Sunday.

Managed to end the week down 1lb... I don't follow football and didn't watch the Super Bowl, so no doubt that was helpful.

The Hardrock 100 lottery was yesterday, and I got in again (well, 5th on the waitlist, so essentially in), so I better get serious about this weight loss. I ran it at about 214lbs last year, and that SUCKED. No way in hell am I going to haul an extra 30lbs over 33,000' of climbing this year.
