Hey gang!
Out on the road for about 3 miles at lunch and 10 minute yoga this am...oh and the usual elbow and back PT and morning dog walk.

SB - I am a bit confused as to what levels you are referring to that may need more investigation? For me, my A1C is a bit elevated, but not getting higher and I have about 10 years of data with the same numbers, so could just be my genetic makeup. My overall cholesterol was up, but so was my HDL, and LDL was in the normal range. I am taking BP meds (super low dose) which have it under control. My dad had high BP and was a diabetic...so def in my cards despite my best efforts.

SB - that's a lot to chew on... thx for sharing your thoughts. I was thinking while I ran today (before I read your post), the calorie/hydration thing doesn't really make sense. LIke today, I had a low grade headache all day long, which I am so used to so not stopping me from doing anything. Then went to run. So bad that I had to walk so often. Thinking, this can't be lack of calories, can't be dehydration. As I ride ok these days, I am going back to the thoughts of tension headache that also coming from my neck/shoulder. All the bouncing is doing something to me?? Additionally, this may be farfetched, but would my shoulder issue affects neck and headache?? With that in mind, I decided to go to a PT. Not being able to swim is no fun. Yeah, $100+ per session.. but I got to get this fixed. 5.5 mile run after work. 2 mile walk during lunch.

Speaking of medical situation, my mother in Japan is going through spiral stenosis surgery today. Please send her positive thoughts. Thanks :)
