Forgot to post. Hopped on for a one hour Zwift in the morning, following a pace partner and trying to do it in "fat burning" zone. Think I ended up a little below ... probably should pick a dedicated workout to experiment. Basically a big group ride for 23 miles...

I have been workign my way back I managed a full hour strength training workout followed by a 4 mile x-c ski mostly on already broken trail up from the backyard. I usually do 5-6 as an afternoon adventure so I have a few more miles to go.
