SGH, you resting?

I'm taking today off and plan to get a run in tomorrow. So, 3, 4, or 5 is what I have to decide at this point.

Have fun with the trail running today, meri. It was a balmy 38 on my run yesterday. I almost took my sweatshirt off.

No idea what I'm doing. I think I need a rest day, but my schedule at the end of week is starting to suck.

75 min moderate TM this morning. I got up a little earlier than usual because I had and early meeting at work.

Might go back for more this evening. I've decided to pretty much train through Chuckanut 50K on Sat so I'm up for intervals today.

5k easy on the TM. 34 min. Hip flexor is sore. So is my left big toe, which went black on me a week or so ago. With my sore adductor and other assorted hurts I think I am beginning to fall apart just like the one hoss shay! (Except I don't think I will run 100 years to the day.)

Ran loops in a park for an hour. Not treadmill + not snowy = awesome run! It was 45 F, overcast, and only a few people walking dogs in the park. It is a nice rolling cinder trail, so very pleasant running.

Plus, the coveted portapotty was there! The regular bathrooms don't open till April 15, guess they need the tax money for operational costs?

50F and light winds at 6:30pm.

5 miles, 41 minites. Started too fast, probably cause the sun was still out and the warmest weather in months. Slowed down towards the end. Cooled down with 4x strides in the school field across the street from my house.

I'm really enjoying following this group here. A good mix of runners.
