<p>I"ll second Christmas shopping as cross training.  Tossed and turned for 3hrs last night.  Got up and worked on a project until 4am.  Went back to bed then had to get up at 8am.  It's gonna be a long day.........</p>

<p>6 miles this morning on sluggish legs.  Perked up a little in the last couple of miles.</p>

<p><strong>BBS</strong> / <strong>Jebba</strong> - I did half my shopping online.  Trouble is DW sees the deliveries but I'm very good at (a) not telling her anything and (b) making contents of said packages magically disappear.  Poker face.</p>

<p>My legs feel OK after the hilly long run yesterday. There'll be a lot more of that this marathon cycle.  Not sure if I'll get time for much running at the weekend so planning to make the most of a return to the 40s and head out at lunch, in shorts.  </p>

<p>Riding the metro from an interview right now and just got an email requesting a phone followup from one of last week's. That may screw up my plan to run 7 today but then yesterday was a SRD and I ran anyway. So today might be the swap-out.</p>

<p>Sorry for the fly-by. Train is pulling into my stop...</p>

<p>Ended up with 6 miles at lunch.  Mid 40s so shorts were a good idea.  Frozen mix forecast over the next two days... shorts won't be a good idea then.</p>

<p>I got in a nice 4 miles in 36 minutes.  Now it is time for some relaxation.  I sure wish the bad air quality here would go away.  Even though it is cold outside I would love running out there.</p>
