8 easy/recovery miles today - I was dressed right and ran slow - Enjoyable run<br><br>

Actually I feel good -- much less soreness than yesterday already and less than the last marathon I finished.<br><br>
I did a little pilates with my morning class, but nothing that required my legs.

7.1 fly-by miles. Very relaxed, perfect weather...13* WC but very weak wind. Have a great night!

10 minutes Stair Stepper<br>
10 Minutes Incline walking<br><br>

hi all - I pushed a little too hard on the weekend so I was stuck in the gym this morning - 50 minutes on the elliptical

Pace2Race - way to sport the screw shoes. My Saturday forecast for the local FA is calling for screws. I can only hope!<br><br>
Ran to the YMCA to swim tonight. Run 2, swim 1000 yds, run 2. Cooled down with 4x strides.

I posted last night and it disappeared. I did 45 minutes on the bike trainer followed by a whole mess of various crunches.

I'm in recovery mode this week, after having run the Thunder Road Marathon in Charlotte over the weekend. I had a very good result -- 3:21:08 in only my 2nd marathon, a 29 minute improvement over my 1st (Philadelphia 2006). I'm easing back into a routine now, taking it day-by-day but hopefully I'll be running again by the end of the week.<br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"><br></div>
