<p>Saturday: 80 mile ride out to Plum Island and Newbury and Newburyport. First time out there for me. Awesome ride.</p>
<p>Sunday: 1 hr 15 min riding and 50 minutes on the elliptical.</p>

<p>Made sauce with turkey sausages and also chicken cutlets last night so now I'm looking forward to lunch!</p>
