Hills today...2 mile warmup, 6xquarter mile hill against some heavy winds for 1:30, 1:24, 1:27, 1:26, 1:22, 1:19. Jog back down the hill after each one, 2 mile jog back into town. Quite tired with quite tight calves...good workout for the team though.

My coach thinks I need to develop my speed, so tonight was 6 X 400 on the track with 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down. Intervals were 1:37, 1:37, 1:38, 1:38, 1:35, 1:36. Wow, that felt fast to me, and some of you run entire marathons at that pace!!

Good workouts Sister and everyone else.<br><br>
I ran 4.5 miles this evening after work. My legs are sore. Yesterday evening I attempted to do some push ups. Wow. That was depressing. I need to set some goals for my upper body. Not that I want to bulk up and become he-woman but it would sure be nice to have a stronger upper body.
