<p>Whether you are Canadian and write the day prior to the number of the month, or American and write the month prior to the day, I got it right today!</p>

<p><span>Got in my last long run of this training cycle yesterday. And every time I hit this point in marathon training ( you know, in my vast almost three marathons of experience <span><img alt="icon_tongue.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_tongue.gif" style="width:15px;height:15px;"></span> ), I say I don't want to do this again. I'll stick to half marathons. I'm not sure I really enjoy these 20 milers like some people seem to do.</span></p>

<p><span>and yesterday was pretty warm and humid here. Not like the kind of humidity most of you experience, but for us, it was noticeable. And about 2 hrs after I finished up my run, thunderstorms and some lightening, and torrential rain moved in.</span></p>

<p><span>ahhh, but it's done and now I can taper for 2 wks.</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span>I leave for MN a week from tomorrow. Anxious to go back, see family & friends, and even sleep in past 6 a.m., since that is what time our puppies wake us up every.single.day.</span></p>
