This I don't believe. - I have had to break off from running for a week as my mum is quite ill, and even so, I was only just starting to get back into some sort of shape anyway. Tonight I went for a regular run along the quayside, a loop of around 2.25 miles, and it felt nice and easy, pushing only very slightly, taking what I felt to be an easy run, as I have a 7.75 Km race tomorrow evening. Well, I ran a 30 seconds personal best for the route, admittedly I have tended to only run this route when not fully fit, but 30 seconds when I dodn't feel I was really kicking - Mmmmmm - maybe I'm better at this than I thought <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
