Well - 1 week of vacation - Great fun with the family, but a training disaster - It will take 2 weeks to recover from that, so a total of 3 weeks of training lost. 3 days camping - 2 days at WI Dells - 1 day at Milwaukee Zoo - 1 Wedding - too dehydrated - poor sleep - bad eating - booze - my days running at least 4 miles ended at 150 - Live and Learn<br><br>
