I got 5 in this morning i will get another 5 in tonight. plus a core work out this evening. I will do a lot of junk miles this week... just to get my weekly totals. plus one long run. Probably do two a days at least twice as well.
Nada today: The wind chill was below zero this morning. I thought about going over to the Y to run on the indoor track. However, there were black ice warnings that dissuaded me. This could be a tough week.
