I got 5 in this morning i will get another 5 in tonight. plus a core work out this evening. I will do a lot of junk miles this week... just to get my weekly totals. plus one long run. Probably do two a days at least twice as well.

I woke up to 80mph winds today, so I guess I'll scratch my plan to ride my bike to work <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>

DOR for me today. I may start to increase my weekday mileage this week. The days seem like they are getting longer so I have some extra daylight minutes to get in more distance. We'll see.

Nada today: The wind chill was below zero this morning. I thought about going over to the Y to run on the indoor track. However, there were black ice warnings that dissuaded me. This could be a tough week.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't have been! I've always thought it would be fun to ride about 100 miles w/ a tailwind like then, then call for my wife to come pick me up near the Kansas border. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
