Hello fellow runners !! Hope you all haven't melted yet!!

I had taken about a month & half sabbatical from running but today will be my return. I didn't plan on taking off for that long but gotta say the temps make it really hard to hit the pavement or trails. Today I plan on hitting the trail at 5pm after work. Not sure what I will accomplish since I have been out of it for 6 weeks but time to tie the laces up.

Hope all are doing well and BBS your baby girl is doing wonderful.

Count me in for 6. I was up early for a little p90x action. (We're starting that up again). And then an easy 6 at the Y.

I also managed to register for Flying Monkey, even though it filled up in 4 minutes. Dang.

Yes, The Alex. He was in Kenya for 2 months. From what he said, it was a very positive experience.

And that's what we'll all be calling him after his Kenyan trained legs take him across the finish of his first marathon in 2:30 or something.

Cool to see that Alex is doing well. Today is meetup day, I had lunch with jill and loopy and am running with them tomorrow morning on some kind of mountain trails... we'll see how this flatlander fares. They promised they wouldn't leave me up there. Then I've gotta figure out where to run in Hershey.

Nice workouts and have a good one, everybody.
