Enjoy your 8 miles tonight...

Rest day for me I will get 3 miles of walking tonight while cheering on the Vikings!!!
Just some cross training today for me. Plannin on swimming for 45 minutes to an hour and then doing some sit ups and pushups.

Alex- Have a nice run later, hope the last week flies by!
Richard- Enjoy the rest, my dad and I have been betting on every Monday night football game since I was in elementary school. We do it the entire season then the loser pays up, it started at a penny and now its at $5 a game. I picked the Vikings for tonight. So I'll be rootin' with ya I have an 11 or 12 game winning streak right now too, I always get to choose except when the Skins play cause he automatically gets them.
Back home after the worst travel day due to storms. Baggage won't get here till tomorrow!

Back still not good. Off to doc today. Hoping maybe I can at least use a stationary bike or something. Going bonkers.

Have a good one.
Short run for me this morning. I think this is the coldest morning I have had this season 29* with wind chill at 23*. I know not no where as cold as most of you. 3 miles for me at an 8:00 pace. Plan is for 13+ miles after it warms up a little. Going to put the remainder of the Christmas lights out.

Alex - Have a great run and enjoy this last week of school.

Dan - Hope the dr. has some good news.

Asics - Have a good run later.

Megs - Put a lap in the pool for me.

Richard - Enjoy the rest day. You deserve it.

Happy running all.
Alex - WOOHOO! I remember those days.

Richard - I'll be cheering with you...those Vikings better bring me
at least 20 points for my fantasy team tonight. I'm in the playoffs
right now and the guy I'm playing is ahead by 30. Not to worry -
I have the Vikings and a WR playing tonight and his players have
all finished playing.

Megs - I wish I had a tradition like that with my dad. That's
really special.

kfuller, RunAsics - Enjoy the runs later. HA! Runs. Sorry, weird
mood this morning.

Dan - How was the trip? Enjoyable, even with the jet lag and
delays on the return trip?

Me - I am not sure what I'll be doing today...I haven't taken
a day off since December 6th, 10 days ago. Today might be
the day. But then again I'm traveling this Friday - I'll be home
for Christmas! - and the running I'll be doing there will be
fast and furious. I'm going to have to adjust my schedule
around a whole lot of other people, so that's going to be
kind of meh.

The point is that I probably need to run while I have the
opportunity, before this weekend comes. So who knows.
I'll report back later.

In other news, last night I found a very cool website
that you all might enjoy to log your runs. It's very user
friendly, and guess what? They import CR logs.
It's logyourrun.com if you want to check it out...
Alex--enjoy this last week before break. If my guys do school every day this week, we'll be half done with our school year!

Dan--hang in there... Sucks getting old, doesn't it?

David--29' is NOT cold. That's ideal running weather!

Tonya--where do you think you will end up?
She was dancing like that Banana when she found it too...

Man it feels good to be here and have this log after being in limbo for a few days.

I am studying for my Psych Final right now. It is at noon, then I am meeting with my Group to study for my Statistics Final. Then at 4 I am going to go and swim about 700 yds. It is supposed to be an off day, but I really feel like swimming just to do a brain dump before I study all night again. I got some new swimmers, they are the speedo shorts. I love them, so much better than my board shorts were.

Meg- I am going to write you back tomorrow, I have a few updates and questions for you.

Good Runs to all. See you tomorrow.
Dan - I hate it when my bags are late. Hope that annoyance is resolved promptly.

Phill - Dig your avatar. Ah, statistics group study. Those were the days.

Me - I did 9 miles this Sunday, nice and slow. Today, 4-5 on the 'mill, later. I need 51.8 to reach 1200 now, a little less after today's workout of course.

All my best to everyone!
I just calculated my mileage, and I am at 2507 for the year!!!
WOOHOO!!!

And 2007 isn't even over yet...
Tonya you are going to post here and log your runs on that other one right? I think that is what she was asking...it sounded like you were going to move over there to post and log, not to be the prognosticator of all things but I think that is where the confusion is coming in.
Nice to see everyone here today. I think this is where everyone is right now. Doesn't look like the coolrunning transition had many survivors. Maybe we can find those who we have not seen since the transition started and get them hooked up with us again.
I hadn't checked, but thank you for the report.

If we do decide to switch back, I'm having login trouble. So, I'm not going anywhere for a while.
After I finished putting the lights on the house I headed out for a bike ride. Burrr! 39* at the start with a nice little breeze. Of course this is the coldest weather I have been cycling. I over dressed of course. My head was cold through out the ride and my feet were froze by the time I got back. Didn't realize the feet were froze until I took the shoes off.

13.2 miles in 47:35 (16.7 MPH).

Hope everyone has a great day. I am at the house today. Decided to take a day and spend it with the family and get caught up on things around the house.

Happy running all.
