Can I start playing too?<br><br>
Today I had a 1 hr full body strength training workout with the personal trainer.<br>
After that, I wasn't feeling up for a long workout, but I didn't want to miss the 69 degree sunny weather, so I did an intense very short workout.<br>
Ran 1 mile warmup. Did 5 hill repeats (running up, walking down) My heart rate was through the roof at the top! I thought about doing more but figured it was my first time and I should see how I handled those first. Then ran 1 mile back home.<br>
Feels like it was a surprisingly good workout in such a short period of time. Need to hit these more to hopefully get my speed up.
