I did a recovery workout on my bike, 12 miles in low gears around a few of my local running routes. My road bike has a flat <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> and <embarassing confession> I can not fix flats and have not yet taken it to the shop </embarassing confession> so I pulled out the clunkier hybrid.<br><br>
I also taught pilates and did some lifting with my weight training class.
Sorry EQ...Dad had the computer before school otherwise I would've started one up.<br><br>
3.75 in 30 minutes for a ncie easy treadmill run. The road back to fitness is going well...especially since I actually was able to tolerate the treadmill. This winter that will definitely come in handy.
