I was going to run today, but I've run the last 3 days, including doing 10 yesterday. Even though my body isn't screaming for a day off, I decided to give it one before it screamed at me.

Hope to do a trail run tomorrow.

Thanks, milergal. Good job in the climate soup.

It was still warm here too and humid enough. About 80 degrees. I was supposed to do speedwork, but my quads are sore, so I did 8.25 easy after work in the riverfront and "historic district" areas of town. I love how after-work runs revive me. Now I am ready to go have a margarita!

A rest day from running.

Cycled to the Y, swam 1000 meters, cycled home. Did all the push-up and abs (exercise ball) I could tolerate.

Good for you Alex, for supporting your teammate!
