Will be wierd going to practice just to be the support for the lone girl who did make it to state, but be there I will.<br><br>

9.6 miles in the humid soup for me this morning. Toughie that one was.<br><br>

It was still warm here too and humid enough. About 80 degrees. I was supposed to do speedwork, but my quads are sore, so I did 8.25 easy after work in the riverfront and "historic district" areas of town. I love how after-work runs revive me. Now I am ready to go have a margarita!

A rest day from running.<br><br>
Cycled to the Y, swam 1000 meters, cycled home. Did all the push-up and abs (exercise ball) I could tolerate.<br><br>
Good for you Alex, for supporting your teammate!
