Wow, halfway through the month already. Hard practice tonight and then the CC team dinner tonight after it so I'll be stuffed and sore tonight. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"><br><br>

As is my custom lately - No workout this AM - I was up late last night at work and slept in. I will hit it at lunch.<br><br>

3.25 miles this morning. I had planned 4, but Easy just wasn't willing to entertain himself that long. I'll try to get some core work in during nap time.

took advantage of a day off work and got in a morning run. Nice and cool 6.75 miles. Unfortunately, no rain. I was hoping for the forecasted rain to show up this a.m. so I could mentally prepare myself for running in the rain since rain is forecasted for my upcoming HM.

I know this is going to come as a <b>real</b> shock folks, but I'm not running today.<br><br>
I am sore after yesterday. Quads, hips, and hamstrings are all letting me know they did 26.2 miles yesterday.

Good run today, achey shins/calves though...I'll nurse those back to normal tonight. 4 miles progressive on 49* windy, rainy country rolling hills. 7:10, 6:44, 6:22, 6:23.<br><br>
Mikey I'll eat loads of lasagna and hot turkey for ya. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> Keep at it bud.<br><br>

Rest day of sorts. I taught pilates, did some upper body dumbbell stuff while my weight training students worked out, and did 30 minutes on the elliptical (low resistance) to loosen the legs. I'm a little sore in the hamstrings after yesterday's Half, but otherwise the legs feel fine. Tomorrow I'll try an easy run.
